HH-72C / S-系列とHH-72E / S-72E系列の比較図http://www.tinami.com/view/1063250 D型までのコックピットに加え、鋼鉄ケーブルと接触した際に胴体の竜骨が損傷するのを防ぐため、ノーズルーフのフェアリングを前方に延長し、従来のモデルよりも強度と安全性を高めた。しかし、D型のキャビン後部の2つの座席は窮屈で座り心地が悪く、照明用の天井採光窓も従来のモデルよりも小さく、照明の妨げになっていました。エンジン音が胴体の横で響くため、運用する顧客の中には後部座席2席を外して並列2人乗りとして使用される方も少なくありませんでした。この問題は、72Dシリーズのオーロラ社製VFH-10Bシートを後付けした72Eモデルで解決した。後部胴体にも窓があり、Ｅ型と正反対に強度は運用上ぎりぎりまで低下してますが、救難のホイスト吊り下げ作業に対しても、操縦区画の後席（「フライ・バイ・ライト」につき、吊り下げ救難作業中に " I have control " にてホバリング中の後方向きの微妙な操作を担当　）の操縦視界も最良です。つまり鋼鉄ワイヤ対策（主に低空陸上）と海難救助の視界、つまり操縦性能は等価交換（トレードオフ）の関係にあります。 2021年5月19日に一気に進みました。胴体の深さが哨戒型に比べて約 60 cm 深くなった戦闘捜索救難型「HH-72 ペイブ・ウイング」そして沿岸警備隊の民間救助型「S-72（マーキーズ）レスキュー・ウイング」の基本胴体です。装備の変更で軍用型と民間救助型（実質は公的機関向け。海上保安庁なども）を相互に行き来できます。シコルスキー「HH-72 ペイブ・ウイング」は、サザンクロス戦略空軍及び防空軍、さらには戦術空軍において遭難した航空隊員や戦争地域で孤立した人間を救助することを主な目的として「UH-72 ブラック・ウィング」を基にシコルスキー・エアクラフト社が開発した戦闘捜索救難（複合）ヘリコプターである。 https://www.deviantart.com/yui1107/art/Tail-cargoramp-HH72-Pavewing-Longfuselage-Marquise-877997846 (English) : The Sikorsky HH-72 Pave wing is a combat search and rescue compound-helicopter developed by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation based on the UH-72 Black Wing, with the primary purpose of rescuing airmen in distress and isolated personnel in war zones in the Strategic Air Defense Command , Tactical Air Defense Command , and Tactical Air Force organizations within the Army of the Southern Cross. However if you and more of members request , I may change the position of hoist into the irregular position to the co-pilot , left side optional. And if customer has no-request for compound helicopter own high speed, Sikorsky can optional delete turbofan variant . But X-wing system has fixed to Marquis , the rotorcraft cannot convert into conventional transmission turbo shaft except for whole upper transmission fuselage transfer into short fuselage " Solitaire ". With those two massive turbofans on the side of the fuselage, it's going to limit the kinds of roles this helo would be able to perform. That's unless, instead of a side door like modern utility helicopters have, it has a cargo ramp in the read and/or a largish belly hatch.
